Shipping policy

All orders are shipped using Canada Post. To offer the best possible shipping price most items are shipped regular letter post or Small Packet Air. Unfortunately Canada Post does not include a tracking number with these services. If you wish to have a tracking number please contact me to discuss shipping upgrades.

All orders are usually shipped from our studio within 48 hrs of initial order (excluding weekends and holidays)

Shipping time guidelines are as follows:
Canada: 2-4 business days
United States: 7-10 business days
International - 3-4 weeks
